Outdoor Bootcamps

The outside bootcamp is a perfect way to get a great workout all while getting fresh air and sunshine. All you need to bring is your mask, a mat and a great attitude! The workout is for everyone and can be modified to all fitness levels. All workouts are held at Brookdale Park in Oakland, Ca.
